Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from when we receive the sermon. Kingdom plan members receive clips within 48 hours. You'll approve each clip before it goes live.
Do I need to give you access to our social accounts? +
Yes — we'll walk you through a simple, secure process to grant posting access. You remain the account owner at all times and can revoke access instantly.
What if I want to approve clips before they're posted? +
Every plan includes client approval before posting. We'll send you the finished clips for a thumbs-up before anything goes live on your channels.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing? +
Annual billing is a single one-time payment covering the full 12 months, renewing automatically each year with another annual payment — saving you the equivalent of 2 months. Monthly billing is charged each month and requires a minimum 6-month commitment before cancellation is permitted. All payments on both plans are non-refundable.
