General Policy
At Upleveled Strategies, we are committed to delivering high-quality, done-for-you digital ministry services. Because our services involve significant time, labor, and custom production work from our team, all payments are strictly non-refundable.
By completing a purchase for any of our subscription plans (Seed, Harvest, or Kingdom), you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
✦ No refunds for partial months or unused services
✦ No refunds for early cancellation of a minimum commitment term
✦ No refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction with creative deliverables
✦ All sales are final at the time of purchase
Monthly Subscriptions
All monthly plans require a minimum commitment of six (6) consecutive months. If you choose to cancel your monthly subscription before the end of this 6-month period, you remain responsible for the remaining balance of the term. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations or for the remainder of the minimum commitment period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans are billed as a single, one-time upfront payment covering twelve (12) months of service. Because this plan includes a significant discount (equivalent to two months free), the annual payment is entirely non-refundable. If you cancel your annual subscription prior to the renewal date, your service will continue until the end of your paid 12-month term, but no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused months.
Service Delivery & Revisions
We work closely with our clients to ensure the content we produce aligns with their church's voice and brand. If you are unsatisfied with a specific deliverable (such as a sermon clip), our team will work with you to make reasonable revisions in accordance with your plan's terms. However, subjective dissatisfaction with creative deliverables does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We ask that you contact us directly to resolve any billing issues. In the event of an unwarranted chargeback or payment dispute filed with your bank or credit card company, Upleveled Strategies reserves the right to immediately suspend all services and pursue the disputed funds, along with any associated fees, through collections or legal action.
Cancellation Process
To prevent future billing, you must submit a written cancellation request at least thirty (30) days prior to your next billing date or annual renewal date. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details on the cancellation process.
